- The special occasion
- Your favorite memories and inside jokes
- The musical vibe or mood you’re dreaming of
- Any specific details you want tucked into the lyrics
Your answers guide the entire creative process, so please double-check everything before submitting your story to our songwriters.
Step 2 – Complete Your Purchase
Once you’ve shared your story, you’ll be directed to checkout. After payment, you’ll receive an automatic order confirmation email, and your story officially enters our creation queue. We’ll get to work immediately—just make sure your email address is correct so we can reach you.
Step 3
Receive Your Placeholder File
Since each song is a unique creation, you’ll first receive a placeholder instructions file. This confirms we’ve received your story, started production, and sets your 2-business-day delivery timeline while serving as proof your order is active.
Step 4
Your Song Is Created
Your story is transformed into a one-of-a-kind song written just for you. Every lyric and melody is crafted from your memories. This artisanal process takes up to 48 hours to complete.
Step 5 – Your Song Arrives
You will receive your custom MP3 file by email within 2 business days. Please be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you don't see it right away.
If it hasn't arrived, try searching your inbox for “Memory Made Music” or “Your Custom Song Is Ready.”
Step 6 – Delivery & Revisions
Once your MP3 is emailed, your order will be marked as Delivered in the system.
Your order includes one minor revision, such as small wording adjustments or minor detail changes.
